Our force stop all the time we come back from rockford to our town, the cashiers are friendly, the food is delicious, and the bread is always fresh.

This is the only place to grab a quick bite within a 15-mile radius. I placed my order using the app, and when I arrived, I saw a man smoking a cigarette right outside the building. Inside, I was informed that my preferred fountain drink was not available, and that there were only two options left, without ice. I asked if I could upgrade to a bottled drink, which the employee allowed me to do. However, when I checked my order, I realized that the kids meal I ordered was missing a toy and a side - it was just a sandwich. I hope these issues can be addressed so that your business can thrive.

Expensive and not fresh, not good at all.$17,00 dollars for a foot long. I wont care if the vegetables are fresh, I didn’t even get lettuce because it was brown.The lady was trying to give me the best spinach because it was bad also.Very unacceptable for the price.I rather get the food in Rockford IL,

Stopped taking coupons. This might be a compensation from corporate for coupons issue. But with a new subway opening 4 minutes down the road that will most likely accept coupons this is a poor decision. The staff is friendly here, and it is a nice location. But spending $25 on two sandwiches vs. driving 4 minutes down the road to save $8 is a no brainer.

Only one employee but she knew what she was doing. Poor lady. Sounds like they are hiring
