The Varsity - Dawsonville

We got it on the go. Our hot dogs were warm and delicious. They didn't toast the buns, but we ate them so fast to have made a difference to us.

I don't do fast food but was traveling with a friend and she suggested this iconic place. Fries were crispy and hot dog buns were toasty. All very tasty. Glad we gave it a try.

I got the fried catfish and it was amazing!! Will be going back to try their hamburger! My server said it was his favorite!! But back to the catfish plate,the catfish was served on a bed of grits with slaw and hush puppies!

Great food! Chili cheese steak burger with pimento cheese is so good! The onion rings were a little limp on some of them, love it when they are fresh! Apple pies this visit and I prefer the peach pies

The perfect place for a quick lunch! We tried the chili dogs, bacon cheeseburger, fries, and onion rings; everything was great. Staff was friendly and the dining room was very clean.
