Bidra med feedbackArtstreet, I love you, but you're getting 3 stars because of your inconsistency. Sometimes you are great, and sometimes you're bad I just never know with you? Artstreet is a sandwich shop/cafe that is on the University of Dayton Campus and is a good bet if your hungry and looking for food other then your standard dining hall fair that is on the rest of campus. The menu offers a wide range of fresh made to ordered grilled Panni's and Wraps, Quesadillas, Bagel Sandwiches, Salads and more that you can get in full and half sizes I'm partial to the Greco Bacon Pepper Jack Cheese Turkey Sig Sauce they don't really ever tell you what it is, I think its some sort of mayo with spices mixed in, but its good) Grilled up and you're good to go. They also offer you lots of different coffee drinks, and fresh made baked goods. Sometimes the food is very good, and the service great, other times, not so much. If they can nail down the ability to make good food all the time, I'll go there more often. Also the place doesn't open till 10am, hard to get my breakfast sandwich if you're not open on my way to class. but they are open till midnight or later seven days a week. On Thursday nights they have live music, from local college artists, and discounted food. Its a good time.
Located on Univerity of Dayton's campus, this cafe is nestled in ArtStreet community. Boasts a light and healthy menu of paninis, wraps and pizza. In and outdoor seating and hub of the artsy student population. There's a stage that host open mic and live music.
The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Thursday night live events are a lot of fun and perfect for a relaxed evening with friends. I highly recommend the pita pizzas and wraps!
Aside from being a student or faculty member at the University of Dayton, I don't see a strong reason for anyone to visit Art Street. However, speaking from my experience as a current student, I believe it may be one of the coolest places on campus that doesn't get enough credit. I really enjoy watching my friends perform on Thursday nights, and their paninis are fantastic. I tried an Oreo blizzard blast, which was very well blended but tasted about 6.5/10. Still, I give it 4 stars because the quality of food is much better than in some dining halls, and I prefer it over other options.
This place serves the best egg sandwiches in Dayton at incredibly affordable prices! I really enjoy studying here on weekends during the school year. The atmosphere is fantastic and it’s not too crowded.
