Bob Evans - Dayton

Came in on Mother’s Day with a party of 7. Told we couldn’t be sat all together but seen another large party sat together as we were eating. Waited forever to receive food although they had to be the least busiest restaurant on miller lane. The food was ok. Barely hot but tasted ok. Another server smiled at and told me my kids were cute then whispered to the host not to give her our party (thinking I didn’t hear her). There were also guests at this location that made me feel uncomfortable having a biracial child with stares and side eyes. Service was excellent though! Derrick Wilson kept a smile on his face throughout all the mess going on in the back of the house. He also accommodated all our needs to the best of his capabilities. Won’t be returning.

The food is so good if you can get it hot. The servers are friendly until you complain then they seem just a little dismayed. It was an easily remedied issue but the waitress kept walking past us without asking us how we were doing. Which is fine I understand she was busy taking orders and chatting up the other, but just a quick hey how 's everything doing would have worked and my mother would have been able to enjoy a hot breakfast.

Always clean and welcoming. Food was delicious and hot. I was seated right away and the service was great.

The service was terrible. We sat for I don't know how long to order and get our drinks. We waited for a long time to get our food order in. All the silverware was dirty even had dried food on some of the silverware. There was my family which we had six people and three or four other tables. Our food came out different times. My wife food came out last which she had a BLT and it did not even have any Mayo on it. All they did was apologize did not even offer a discount. My mom had to go up to the front to get some more silverware which was dirty has well. My mom had to go up to the front counter ask about drink refills and jelly for toast.they did not even bring our check we had to go to the cashier and ask for our check.even the restrooms were very nasty and dirty.

I really enjoy this restaurant. All of the staff were amazing . I haven't seen that happen in a long time. My server Nina was wonderful she was very kind and very polite. After I ordered my food it only took 5 minutes to get my food . Everything was great . Good job Nina !!
