Sky Asian Cuisine - Dayton

Fabulous experience!! This was our second time here and everything from start to finish was wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. Food is so fresh! They take their time to present you with an equally lovely and delicious plate. Their bento boxes are excellent and a great value! On this trip we got the Hibachi Teriyaki, Steak, and Chicken bento boxes. Plum wine was a great accompaniment. We will definitely be back!!!

My favorite sushi spot in Dayton. Their lunch specials are hard to beat and they have the best hot and sour soup I’ve ever had.

Sadly, we will no longer going to Sky. My DIL became violently ill from her PadThaiShrimp the other night. I reached out to the email listed as a contact on the website to mention it and see what the response would be and received ZERO feedback from Management. (Personally I think they should take $17 off the bill based upon the email I sent them. I’m attaching my receipt. Do NOT order anything with shrimp from here. Not sure they take proper food safety precautions . The shrimp was tough and looked like it had been allow to thaw and possibly be refrozen before cooking . UPDATE to OWNER: please sort the reviews by “newest” my DIL also posted a review. Therefore your response to me doesn’t make sense, as you already have the “patient information”. What more do you need(? health insurance provider? Her primary care physician? Please. Get real. You had some bad shrimp. Hope you’ve pitched it by now. If you want to do the right thing by me, then remove the $17 from my bill for her meal. The charge is still pending according to my credit card statement. Also, the reply left on my DIL’s review doesn’t make sense and takes no responsibility. Do better, Sky. Do better.

Went here with my in-laws for an anniversary dinner. Service was very good, and food was mostly good too! The shrimp in my pad thai however, was very tough when I ate it. It was either old, or over cooked but it wasn't quite right imo. A few hours later I had HORRIBLE food poisoning, and was extremely sick. I will not be going back!

Vegetarian options: Can accommodate most changes. Dietary restrictions: Can accommodate and have gluten-free options soy sauce. Parking: Many available spots at the restaurant and lots for free within a minute’s walk as well as neighborhood streets with free parking.
