We tried three different autumn-themed drinks at the restaurant and enjoyed all of them. My mother didn't realize she had ordered her drink iced, so I wanted to buy her a hot one instead to avoid any complaints. The barista kindly offered to replace it for free and the staff gave my mother a complimentary replacement. Thank you all so much for the excellent service.
I had a great experience at this Starbucks location. I was really impressed by the cashier, Abby, tonight. I was craving a cinnamon dolce latte while DoorDashing, but Abby informed me they were out of cinnamon syrup. She quickly recommended a similar drink and let me try it at the window to make sure I liked it. The customer service was amazing and it had the classic Starbucks atmosphere. The recommended drink was delicious! Thank you, Abby!
I want to begin by praising the incredible staff at this restaurant who always seem to be working tirelessly every time I visit (and I'm a regular). They have never gotten my order wrong. Occasionally, I try to order something through the app only to find that it is out of stock. I usually pre-order and only had to wait once when an item was out of stock, but they offered me another option. I cannot thank these baristas enough for the fantastic work they do!
There 's a new Barista on opening shift that always gets my order wrong. I don 't know if she has personal problem, hates her job or what, but there 's absolutely no reason my orders are being made wrong when I 'm usually the only one in your line. I went from going nearly every day to now looking for the ingredients on Amazon so I can make it myself instead. I went today and she typed one drink wrong and the second should 've been named cold chocolate definitely wasn 't hot let alone warm. Both missing the requested syrups. When I informed her she gave me the wrong size she got smart with me and said well that 's not what you ordered. She always has negative energy rebuttals instead of just fixing her mistakes. I started to play the audio from my car cam just to rub it in her face that I know exactly what I said because I read it from the app every single time from my previous orders list word for word . She never puts any of the syrups requested in any of the drinks I ordered . Instead of them telling you when they are out of ingredients they just won 't include them or they will switch them out then act like you 're crazy when you point out the difference in taste. One time they used regular milk my stomach was messed up for 2 day had they said something I would 've gave a proper alternative. I wish they would update the app to where you can rate survey your order after every order because then maybe they would actually make your order correctly have better service staff .
