Starbucks - Dayton

Normal Starbucks experience. Nice staff. Reasonable wait time. Good coffee.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks location. I was really impressed by the cashier, Abby, tonight. I was craving a cinnamon dolce latte while DoorDashing, but Abby informed me they were out of cinnamon syrup. She quickly recommended a similar drink and let me try it at the window to make sure I liked it. The customer service was amazing and it had the classic Starbucks atmosphere. The recommended drink was delicious! Thank you, Abby!

What annoys me about this place is, it needs its own piece of land. It is centered in a plaza. I also hate that usually after 2pm, they are sold out of a lot of items. But otherwise I like it for the convenience of it being less than a mile from home

Worse SB I’ve every been to. Low quality service and product, dirty and unorganized store. I have always been a Starbucks fan, but this one is far from being close to any other store I’ve been to. This picture is a large cappuccino and I haven't had a single drink out of it. I complained, they did not like it but gave me a new one.

I waited 26 minutes for one item. To be honest, I have never waited so long in a drive thru. Also, they were completely out of the one thing I came there for in the first place-cold brew. While I was upset about the cold brew, I still patiently waited. And then I was greeted by a rude staff member at the window. No explanation for the long wait either. Won’t be coming back to this Starbucks. Very disappointed.
