Taqueria Mixteca - Dayton

The food is quite good, especially the shrimp, which was cooked to perfection. However, as a meat lover, I found the beef in my fajitas to be too thin for my liking. I wasn't a fan, so during my next visit, I plan to try their carne asada steak instead. Also, I want to mention that our waitress, Maria, was very nice and friendly.

I found the food to be lacking in flavor. The waiter seemed confused and didn't have a good grasp of the menu. The restaurant itself appeared rundown and unclean. When I asked a question, a white staff member completely ignored me and gave my family a look that felt racially charged. I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning. Additionally, their restroom is located outside, which is quite inconvenient.

I used to visit this place as a kid when it was a Burger Chef, so it was great to go back and see that they still have the same tables and chairs.

My friend and I absolutely love this place. We pretty much go every Sunday. We've been on other days but the servers aren't as nice. Thank you Sunday servers! The food is very good and very inexpensive for what you're getting. The atmosphere is fine for the amount you're paying. It's obvious it is a family-run business and I appreciate and support that is often as possible.

We had monster burrito with goat meat. It was delicious!!!! But keep in mind that goat meat is only available during weekends only. The salsa was fresh and flavorful.. This restaurant definitely fits the saying Don 't judge a book by it 's cover . Just ignore it 's location and go in for the food. It 's worth it!
