Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Dayton

I really enjoy their smoothies! Occasionally, the texture can vary - one day it may be watery and the next day it's perfect, but this doesn't happen often enough to be a major issue. However, I am disappointed that they changed their cookies. I liked the ones they had before better than the new prepackaged ones they offer now.

I would door dash my order and so would pick it up, On one occasion, another customer and I walk in at the same time. The cashier saw us both waiting for a while. As soon as she was done with another customer, she walked to the back of the kitchen and started making orders. We were waiting for a while. Finally, someone else from the kitchen helped us. My order was ready. All she had to do was ask for the name. I felt like it was because we were African decent. This place really needs to work on customer service.

This restaurant serves the best tropical smoothies out of all the ones I've tried. They are consistently perfect every time.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and efficient, always getting orders correct. The building is clean and the smoothies and food are consistently fresh and delicious. Even though it's not a Drive-Thru location, orders are still prepared quickly.

I went to pick up a DoorDash order at this restaurant and requested a drink carrier for the two drinks I ordered. However, I was told that they were running low on carriers and couldn't provide one for me, despite there being two stacks of them visible. When I pointed this out, the staff member simply reiterated that they were low on carriers. I left without a carrier and couldn't help but wonder who they were saving them for.
