Bidra med feedbackI'm a big fan of this fast food chain. They always get my order correct, without exception. I've never experienced better service at a fast food restaurant. The staff are consistently friendly, courteous, and genuinely seem to enjoy their work. The drive-thru service in the morning and afternoon is definitely the best.
I've always had a pleasant and clean experience at the Wendy's on Brant Pike. It's a fantastic place to eat!
Succulent burgers, outstanding fries, and delightful frozen drinks.
The inside was closed, so I had to wait in line twice, and they still couldn't get a simple order right. They didn’t apologize, so I just gave up. I ordered a single burger with bacon, extra pickles, and just ketchup, specifically asking for no cheese due to my dairy allergy. Instead, I received a single burger with extra cheese, extra bacon, lettuce, onion, and mayo. I took it back and reiterated my order, clearly mentioning my dairy allergy. What I got back was a double burger with no cheese, no bacon, two pickles, lettuce, onion, extra mayo, and ketchup. Ugh!
This is the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever encountered. I've never seen anything like it in my life. There’s always a line here, and even with just one car ahead of you, expect to wait at least 20 minutes for your food. It's not due to a labor shortage; this place has been slow as molasses long before COVID. No matter when you visit, you’re guaranteed to wait. If the line is long, you might as well shut off your car and take a nap. Additionally, they have a habit of closing randomly, so just because their hours say they're open doesn’t mean you’ll be able to place an order. By far, this is the worst Wendy’s in the tri-state area. Avoid this place!
