Cold Stone Creamery - Daytona Beach

Every year my family and I come to Daytona beach for a week stay. We frequent this cold stone every year. This year the crowds were heavy and the staff were all quick, efficient and friendly!! Always a nice and tasty treat. ?

Online ordered what was fast and easy came at the place for pickup and the line was out of the door. There was no clear signage for online pickup jobs, but I finally have the attention of an employee for one direction. I'll wait 15 minutes after pick-up because they were busy. The team worked together and quickly. We cost our ice creams and milkshake. I would recommend a good service and high-quality ice cream, just for a little prepared or waiting.

I felt so bad for the two young men working here today. Every place we were here on holiday is short occupied, just like it is at home. These two young men worked their tails off and the people were completely ignorant. I wish I had their names, but the one guy had a HUGE smile and was so close with his customers. Even if he was yelled and suffered, he never ceased to smile and treat his next client as if he were her best friend. It's 86 degrees, and after dinner. Of course there is a line and of course it will take some time to get through the line. I'm glad we waited for our turn, they took care of GREAT. Thank you.

Elijah took great care of us today on our vacation to Daytona, was fast and quick. Service was great and will definitely be back!

Good ice cream joint in a great location. I rather wait in line here than get a lesser product at one of the other cheaper joints around here. It's a great vacation spot and very family friendly. I highly recommend this place.
