Don Vito's Italian - Daytona Beach

As a holiday in daytona we had no idea where we went to dinner. we remembered a German place we had eaten years ago, but since the last time we were.

So disappointed by our experience with don vito’s. we ordered cheese pizza garlic knot, how could it be grounded? the garlic knots were literally.

I just don't get the hype. it was okay, but not great, maybe because it's a tourist area? we have 4 different dishes. my man has ravioli and only 5.

My family and I visited Don Vito's for the first time this week while traveling. We chose this restaurant based on the excellent reviews we had read, and we were not disappointed. The Italian food was the best we have ever had, and the service was also excellent. The restaurant itself is cozy and welcoming. It is a family-run establishment, and the owners and staff make you feel like part of the family. I had the best Veal Marsala I have ever tasted - the veal was so tender I could cut it with my fork, and the Marsala sauce was incredible. Everything from the warm bread to the house wine was delicious. The portions were generous, so make sure to come hungry. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you love Italian cuisine - you will not be disappointed!

This Italian restaurant is truly the best. Every time we dine here, it feels like we're at home. Barbara and her husband treat us like family, and the food is exceptional - the sauce is unmatched and every dish is equally delicious! Our kids always beg us to drive from Tampa to Daytona just to eat here. We can't wait for them to open a location in Tampa! Thank you for everything, we love you guys.
