Sloppy Joe's Daytona Beach

My favorite spot. Went here with the wife for anniversary. It's where we had our first date. The service is still great and the food is always better each time we go back. Absolutely love sloppy joes.

My experience at this place was horrible. When food came out nothing looked fresh like if the food was warmed up in a microwave and salad was sitting on dish for days. My wife was disappointed her chicken was super dry and salad just looked old. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and all it had was mustard ham and pickle. That’s not a Cuban sandwich that’s a ham sandwich to me . Our server Ashley was polite about it and her service was great. She did get the manager to take what my wife ordered off the bill. It’s ashamed that the place is on a nice location but they should change the chef. I should have noticed when I walked in, that the place was empty on a bike weekend. But I tried to give it a shot but was wrong. I really hope management steps in and resolves this issue.

After leaving the Wing House downstairs with no service, we ended up here. The service was good! Food was good and reasonably priced. Our bartender/server India was excellent!

I had the fish and chips their daily special. Very good the fish was crispy and flaky very large pieces. Fries were good and tarter sauce was tasty. Our server Vanessa was outstanding and very quick. I would recommend it again.

Left after being ignored for 10 minutes after we were initially seated. Hostess seated us, dropped off menus and then crickets, even after standing a few times trying to get someone’s attention. Didn’t even seem concerned as we walked out.
