Bidra med feedbackThe last 3 times we?ve come we have specifically asked for no sour cream and there has been sour cream all 3 times.
Never once have they gotten our order correct. The Associate taking drive-thru orders is rude and incompetent.
Went in and waited 10 minutes for someone to say use kiosk. Never before. Was confusing to me. Another would couple in t last 70s or early 80s came in and stood at the front desk. They were ignored. After probably 15 minutes told to use kiosk. Theystated they would prefer to give order. They said it?ll be at least 15 minutes unless 1 of you out there want to work. Theyleft. Staff was rude and didn?t get orders correct.
Staff is always great and kind and never get upset when we ask for things when they are busy or even when they are not busy. I have never had to return my meal and never had missing items unlike the other taco bell I have been to. Thank you for alwaysbeing on point even though you are short handed staff
Horrible Service! I went through the drive through last night around midnight and ordered and paid for a quesadilla and a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights. Upon receiving my food I asked if everything was in the bag the worker said yes. Once home i noticedall that was in the bag was a quesadilla. I was not far so I was willing to go back and get the missing items. I gave them acourtesy call to tell them I was on my way. My called was declined twice, the third time a lady on the phone yelled what do youwant? I explained that I was on my way back to receive my missing items. She replied yelling ?you blew up my phone for Cinnabondelights? I said yes they were 8 dollars. She proceeded to cuss me out and hang up the phone. Needless to say I did not returnfor my missing items, working in the food business prior I know never to accept food from an angry cook (spit and othersubstances in the food)
