Bleu Lounge - De Pere

We love this restaurant! Great service! Clean! Inviting…and the best part is the food is amazing! The building and atmosphere give that rustic feel. I love that they have a food truck and we were searching same day on their website for their truck schedule. Thanks Bleu for giving us a great experience! There aren’t enough stars to give you for my review. I would recommend this establishment and we will be returning in future!

Crab cakes and lobster bisque were amazing. 7 layer salad was large portion and tasty. Look forward to going back!

Menu variety plus daily specials. Pork Porterhouse was delicious. Ran out of a few menu items on a Tuesday, but managed a larger group for dinner well.

A Modern-American restaurant that you should make reservations for if you want a great dining experience. The filet is probably the best thing on the menu. The oysters were rinsed and tastless, and the dry-aged ribeye was not worth the money. Good flavors, but not great for the price tag. Vegetarian options: Good options available for vegetarians. Parking: Small parking lot shared with other businesses. Kid-friendliness: Wouldn't recommend bring your kids here, especially if peak dining hours.

Great atmosphere and service. The food was disappointing. The lobster bisque was pedestrian at best. It was bland and a bit on the cooler side. I think they put more effort into the artistry than the recipe.The cod was even worse, it was definitely pre frozen, it seemed off and was cooked uneven. By its appearance it had potential but when the flavor of frozen cod meets inconsistent temperature of the food it was a turn off. For me the roasted potatoes were the highlight of the meal.Our sever didn’t ask about the food she seemed to be very busy. I would say she did a very good job outside of leaving us for an excessive amount of time after the food was delivered. I would have sent the cod back.This place is has excellent ambience but the food quality coming out of the kitchen was pedestrian at best, at least last night. Who knows maybe it was an off night. I might be tempted to go back some point but for now I’ll keep my distance.
