Burger King - De Pere

Staff member was friendly and she ran the order to the car when it was ready

Went on two separate occasions, my order was wrong both times. I got spicy chicken nuggets instead of cheesy tots and my burger was wrong. Went back the second time made them aware of the mistakes, they gave me the cheesy tots but did nothing about the wrong burger.

Stood in the lobby waiting patiently for our order to be taken, after several minutes with absolutely no service we left.

We were heading back to Racine from Lambeau field, and I needed to make a pit stop to the restroom, which was super clean. The employee (I wish I shoulve gotten his name) was very friendly and welcoming. I love to see and meet people like this. Way to go! Best wishes and energy sent out to him! Awesome BK to have hired him and spread happiness to others! ? ?

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and then they didn’t even put cheese on my Whopper. Garbage at the end of the drive thru is always overfull.
