The roasted chicken steak is truly the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, so tender it can be cut with a fork, and served with just the right amount of bread. The accompanying potatoes were also fantastic. I also tried the husker burger, which was excellent. The service can be a bit slow, as the staff seems to be occupied at times, but they do make their rounds. The restaurant is located at the Resort Lodge.
