Little Caesars Pizza - Dearborn Heights

This place didn't disappoint me. Orders are ready and available for non-contact pickup. The food is always hot and they never run out of napkins. Lol

If I could provide 0 stars I WOULD! I ordered a pizza and paid for my order, the pastor NIE asked me my name still received a receipt. About 40 minutes later, I'll go in to pick up my order and find out. I had no order?. I asked how I didn't have a job when I paid my money, so I was confused about how I was supplied overall and my money was taken, but an order was never entered. As soon as I took care that I made an order, NO ONE went on to make my food because they said I never ordered or paid. At this point, I'm FURIOUS because it's an hour now. I asked for a refund and everyone gave me the run constantly asking what my name was and I repeated several times HE NEVER ASKED MY NAME! The manager came out about 20 minutes later and finally refunded my money. I never managed to live in this time!

Not God! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! Every time we have come to this place, there are NIE all warm prepared that it is really good. There's a 15-25 minutes waiting for hot and finished pizza. Therefore, the advertisement must be removed for hot preparation. Because they don't have it anymore! Your excuses are always the same NO STAFF. But even if there are many employees, there are still no HOT READYS. Once I went where the hair held the pineapples on the pizza. Disgusting! I even gave them a chance. Of course, the pizzas weren't hot yet and ready is never. the girl at the checkout is extremely rude evil attitude to me and another customer. Horrible customer service skills. This place loves to watch people come in and not even acknowledge them. Came here for lunch for a second time and didn't get rang up for 10 min of my 30 min lunch break. Absolutely unacceptable

September 2022 I went to purchase stuffed crust pizza and pepperoni cheese bread I ordered at 6pm he say 20 mins come back 23 mins now he say few more minutes all the workers were playing in the back waste a bottle of grease even the manager was horrible I got my order after 40 minutes of waiting while they play in the back and the lobby full of customers. Need better employees with responsibilities and not there to play on the clock for a check. That?s a corporate pizza shop please do better
