Jack's - Decatur

Great food and the manger was super helpful. I didn't catch his name but my visit was on 2-7-22 around 4pm. Being an over the trucker I run into a lot of people who don't go out of their way to provide good customer service. So it was really good seeing someone who cares about what they do

Got right in, ordered and had my good very quickly. Everything was hot that was supposed to be hot and fresh.

I have food allergies, so I usually just eat 2 hamburgers with lettuce but no bread here. The hamburgers are delicious. I usually also get fries, but sometimes they can upset my stomach a bit. I would probably more likely recommend the hamburgers.

My big Jack meal was delicious and fair priced ?? BUT!! I ordered 2 chicken breast and they were dry and bland. I always heard Jack's chicken was good but I'm not impressed. ??

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any Jacks restaurant ever. I arrived at 735 am which is still breakfast time. I ordered ice coffee but they out. I commented it must be popular manager responds well I guess so cause a lot of people order it. YOU CAN'T SELL WHAT YOU ARE TOO LAZY TO MAKE!!!! At least 10 people asked for iced coffee before I left at 755 am and got the same response we out. This next issue is the reason for the 1 star review. I can live with you being out of items but not be being clean is DISGUSTING. Not 1 table in dining room was clean. I had to clean off the table I sat at. Then I discovered French fries on the floor which means, it was there from yesterday. This store is missing MANAGEMENT and training. Here is a tip hire a manager that is clean and has common sense you can teach them the rest.
