Bidra med feedbackSTOP IT! I arrived in the early afternoon and found myself fifth in line. At that time, there were three employees working during this busy shift. The people ahead of me had been waiting for about 15 minutes to place their orders, and then it took an additional 5 to 10 minutes for them to receive their food. Ebony was taking orders and quickly ensuring everything was bagged and ready. One young lady was focused on cooking, while an assistant manager handled drive-thru and online orders. Some customers in line were grumbling, questioning if they had to "pluck the chicken too," and along with another customer, I pointed out that there seemed to be a shortage of staff. Despite the complaints, the whole team was working hard, and Ebony managed to handle even the rudest customers with a smile. My food was excellent, and I made sure to thank them all. It's important to recognize that "fast food" may not be what it once was, but instead of complaining to those who are doing their best to serve us, we should express our appreciation for their hard work and positivity. I hadn't been back in a year due to previous issues, but now that we have a solid team, let's support them and put an end to the complaints!
