Mcdonald's - Decatur

When Kevin waits on us we get good service. He follows up well. Sadly this isn't the case with the entire staff. I don't like to criticize on a public form by picking out specific individuals. I will say the areas that need improvement are speed, efficiency, special orders seem to be an problem and friendlyness toward customers needs improvement. I try to be very kind and courteous to the people serving me, so expecting them to return that courtesy isn't unrealistic. Everyone should be kind to one another.

Very upsetting. Went through the drive thru on 5/18/22 8:54 p.m. in Forsyth, IL #5617. Got my drink then was sent to space #5 waiting on my 2-Quarter Pounder w Cheese while 10 other vehicles behind me got their food and left! I then had to get out of my car, go into the restaurant and raised concern with the manager on staff. He proceeded to inform me the griddle staff were bombarded and backlogged. I waited an additional 15 minutes and finally got my food at 9:45 p.m. I was infuriated! There was no justifiable reason for such poor service!!!!! I'm done!

I prefer this McDonald's location over any other location in the area. They always have a speedy drive through. For the most part they always get my order correct. I'd say it's pretty rare for them to be missing an item or two. Great business

I just had the best McDonald's ever! I ordered the Quarter Pounder and Filet O Fish. It was so fresh and delicious I could've ate 2 more!

Actually pretty good considering it was late when we went through. East Eldorado always blocks off one lane after a certain tie time so you're forced to wait in a long line , but it moved quickly. We got our food and it was correct. Only thing was no smiles or thank yous given .
