Thirty years ago, when we first got married, Sunday nights were pizza nights with our parents. We couldn't afford to order take-out, so Sunday night pizza was our parents' way of supporting us. We had a locally owned pizza place that was THE spot for Sunday Night Pizza Night. We have seriously thought about driving four hours just to enjoy it again. This spring, we started a new tradition with our kids - Saturday night Pizza night. We are looking for a place to make it a new family tradition. These are our thoughts on Pizza Factory. The crust was thin with a little chewiness. The sauce had a slight sweetness to it. Some of us liked it, but we prefer a savory sauce. The ratio of sauce to cheese was perfect. We ordered the Super Special Delight and a pepperoni with one topping. The toppings were plentiful, which made us very happy. Everyone enjoyed the pepperoni. The Super Special was also delicious, although the sweetness of the sauce clashed a bit with the savory toppings. If there was an option between sweet and savory sauces, this place would be a top choice. However, we have a family member who does not like sweet sauces at all. We would recommend Pizza Factory to anyone who likes a thin crust and a slightly sweet sauce.

After attending the 615 Christmas Concert and finishing around 10:30pm, my daughters were craving pizza but most restaurants were closed. Fortunately, we found that The Pizza Factory was still open. Their pizza was delicious and their breadsticks were exceptional - soft, buttery, and given to us as extras since they had made too many. I regret not ordering them for myself, but will definitely get extra next time. Unlike other places where breadsticks can be dry or stale, these ones were fresh and absolutely delicious.

The restaurant provided great service despite being quite busy. The pizza had a nice crispy crust and was cooked well, though I wasn't a fan of the sauce flavor.
