Starbucks - Decorah

Nowhere to sit and relax, the setup is kind of confusing about where to order or where to wait for your order. Wish I could utilize the Starbucks app at this location. Drinks take a bit to be made but taste very good. Happy they can be customized so they're not overly sweet.

Staff are super friendly! If they got something wrong they're always quick to correct! Definitely recommend.

We went in and got 2 drinks and my bf grabbed the wrong drink, we came back in and the guy Tommy working was so nice and quickly made another drink, and even wrote a lil funny note on the side saying here 's the drink u actually ordered. 10/10 service from him! He needs a raise for sure!

This Starbucks is inside a HyVee so something to consider. That being said their employees are super sweet people. There's been a few times where I've been unsure of what I wanted they came up with great recommendations. I've waited in line a few times but never more than 5 minutes and usually only during rush times, and never as long as some of the local shops. The price is about to be expected for fancy coffee like I drink (lots of mods). Never tried any of the food. Just not my thing. Over all definitely recommend this place. One of the better Starbucks I've been too.

This location needs to train it's employees. Customer service and knowledge of their products not their strong points.
