Such a fun coffee shop! Great people and the gift shop is always worth checking outKid-friendliness: Our 4 year old loves going in and getting a big cookie , and looking at the kids gift shop section. Nice seating and clean restroom

Such a cool little shop, I spent 20 min looking at everything and still could look for 20 more. The girls were happy and smiling and so helpful, the stuffed bagles were amazingKid-friendliness: Super cute place for the kids to look around and sit and wait

Honestly totally in LOVE with this cute shop. Great coffee. They have waffles on sticks. Limited seating (spots outside but it's too cold for that now). Plenty of street parking..cute gifts inside. Love love it. Sweet people all around.

While the inside is very cute and the gift shop is fun with great lighting and ambiance.... The coffee is terrible. There is a yellow haired lady that works there who is extremely slow and somehow manages to make the coffee taste horrible... burnt... horrible combination of flavors. She needs more training before being allowed to work! My husband and I have both had awful coffee from her and my husband has vowed never to go back to 5 North. I hope the business reads this review so they can do something about this because it could be such a great coffee shop. Also, we've tried 2 different cookies from there and they were both stale to the point of being inedible. I usually don't do reviews unless I really want to warn people or really recommend... this would unfortunately be the warning side of things. I sincerely hope the company owner reads this review so that he/she can either let that lady go or give her more training on how to make coffee. Also, perhaps having more than one worker at a time would help too but I know the economy is hard. But you will have lost our business and I don't know how many others.
