Always make eating wrong here they have to hire good employees who can understand what people order

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Went there for a late dinner the whole time I was order I was busy rushed with no one behind me kept repeating “anything else, anything else” when I didn’t hear him correctly and asked what was that I got “ma’am what do you want to drink” with attitude. Get to the window hand me the drinks like we are in a race or something then hand me a bag of food I sat it down and before I could even reach for the other bag he was handing me it drops. Don’t even get a sorry I’m the one that apologized saying “I’m sorry I was trying to catch it” shuts the door and brings me a new bag says nothing and shuts it again. My son in the back seats goes “I don’t think he likes his job and he was rude to you”.

Bathroom and dining area needed serious attention. Waited at the counter for about 2 minutes and was ignored by the cooks that looked dead at me. Was told by the station employees that this is normal. Would not recommend.

Been through the drive through 2 days in a row. Monday and Tuesday @345 AM o. My way into work, neither day no one answered to take my order. I called to talk to someone and phone was never answered. Night shift employee's must be sleeping in the back at this point. Disappointing!!

NIGHT SHIFT , Lousy food lousy service normally go to the Jack in the box on beltway 8 and Pasadena boulevard the food is always delicious and hot. This location is obviously ran by employees who do not care about the quality of food they are serving. Save yourself the disappointment drive to Pasadena boulevard and beltway ?
