Food was good but there wasn't any ranch or bleu cheese crumbles on the buffalo bleu dogs as advertised

This is apparently a Buffalo Wild Wings owned service or restaurant. The bird dog was extremely disappointing. It was a hot dog roll with a drizzle of ranch l, about 10 thin shavings of cheese which hardened, and piece of chicken barely bigger than a McNugget. The pretzels were over cooked and hard to bite into and the beer cheese was grainy/gritty and cold. For some reason, I received 5 containers of ranch dressing and 2 containers of hot sauce even though I didn't request it. The tater tots had none of the toppings we requested and were also overcooked.

If I wanted Buffalo Wild Wings, that 's what I would have ordered. I already know I don 't like their food. Chicken is always over cooked and dry. I already know I don 't like their fried pickles. Already know I don 't like their fries. Realized what restaurant this was after I ordered. Was offered a 9 cent refund when trying to cancel 5 minutes after placing the order. And of course the food was made wrong. I couldn 't even get food I don 't like the way I ordered it. What a shame they 've resorted to tricking people into ordering from them instead of just making quality food people want.
