Bidra med feedbackNormally, this Chick-Fil-A is quick and efficient. On my current visit, not only did I wait 20 minutes for food I ordered via the mobile app (the fastest method to order at Chick-Fil-A?s), they managed to serve customers that ordered after me before theyserved me. The only positive I can say about this visit is that they know how to apologize. They gave us 1 meal coupon toapologize for the long wait. On my next visit, I hope that they can be faster.
The food is always excellent, but I visit every Saturday, and out of the 10 Saturdays I've been, they've run out of shakes more than half the time. That's the main reason I go! It's quite frustrating!
I arrived just before noon, and the dining area was a mess. It was empty, yet there was trash strewn across the floor and several tables hadn’t been cleaned. I noticed at least six staff members chatting among themselves behind the counter. When I asked for a drink refill, one of them, still in conversation, responded with, "What do you want?" Well, what do you think I want? I was holding my empty cup while obviously observing you talk to your colleagues. I'm very disappointed.
I had a wonderful experience at this franchise. My order was taken quickly, and the food arrived in a timely manner. The dishes were fresh and delicious, and the prices were quite reasonable.
This place was slowwww this evening and only had one line going through the main parking area of the drive thru yet traffic was backed up into the main artery of the plaza. after 10 mins waiting and only having moved 3 car lengths a second attendant cameout to help and formed a second line starting with the cars directly behind mine. that now puts me in the very last spot afterwaiting 10 mins at that pace I'm looking at at least an hour since there were several cars at least 15 ahead of mine prior tothis. I chose to leave as my time is far too valuable, not to mention how disrespectful that is to do to a patron.
