Pollo Steak Tropical Grill

The Special Combo Baked Chicken is incredibly delicious, with moist and flavorful chicken. It's reasonably priced, and the portions are generous.

Did not like food at all. Flan has no taste, and sauce spilled all over the rice in the bag. Brisket was dry and hard to eat, missing 2 desserts I ordered. Would not eat there again .

The black beans and boiled yuca were very bland. Also, the boiled yuca was cold (maybe that's how it's supposed to be but I'm used to eating it warm). The pudim de leite was not to my liking, the flavor was weird and the consistency was chewy. I assumed it would be like a flan but it's not. Lastly, the fried fish definitely doesn't look as pictured and the flavor was so-so.

The Special Combo Beef Brisket did not meet my expectation.

I ordered two steak dinners,with grilled onions, rice and black beans, desert and a drink. What i received was two steaks with rice no onions nor black beans. The steaks were dry the desert was wrong and no drink! I called to complain and I was told it was the drivers fault and that I should order something else. I asked for credit and was denied. This restaurant has terrible customer service and no problem solving skills. The food is subpar at best.
