Bob Evans - Defiance

Thanks Bailee, service was great and the food was delicious and the birthday song was fun! !

My grandma and I decided to breakfast at Bob Evans. She chose the land fried steak with eggs over simple, fresh fruits and rolls. I chose the new strawberry French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage links and domestic frits. Every bite was as delicious as the next, and we left very full and very satisfied!

The waitress we had was great. Even if we had to wait for our food, she brought us coffee that was appreciated. You can say they are short staff, but the food was good together with all staff.

Always so good. Even low staff, our waiter had a great attitude and humor. The kitchen worked hard to get food quickly. These days that is so wonderful to notice and certainly a comment rave.

Wait time before getting a table was 25 minutes. Upon being seated at our table, got beverage then waited 15+ minutes before order taken. Upon waitress returning to take our order, she apologized indicating she 'had to go to the bathroom otherwise it wasn 't going to be pretty '. Waited for another 20+ minutes and asked when to expect our meal, response was 'it was coming up but when you are hungry it seems longer '. WTH!!! Meal type: Breakfast
