Kfc - Defiance

I love KFC. This particular one it seems has arbitrarily decided to change their opening time to 11 AM and has given no notice anywhere. Google says that they open at 10:30, even their own Facebook page says 10:30 am. All their signage says the samething, but all the people waiting in line don't matter because they don't have any conscious to even let them know.

The manager is the rudest and nastiest person I have ever met. Was incredibly rude and talked down to everyone that came in. The bathroom was out of soap and paper towels and the door didn't even lock. Yelled at my sister for asking for a cup of watersaying that cups cost them money. (We purchased drinks with our meals we also wanted water though)She kept looking at us whilewe were eating like we were going to steal the chairs we sat on. She was rude to an older lady that came in who after a fewminutes of waiting to get her order taken told her she should have told her she was ready and then was incredibly rude to her because she gave her a coupon. I have worked in customer service for over 7 years and I have never seen such disrespect in mylife. I will never go here again and will be making a complaint with corporate.

Food was good, but they forgot our cookies. Didn't notice until we get home.

The staff were very friendly to my dog, which I appreciated. I really enjoy their chicken, and the mashed potatoes with gravy are quite good. It's a shame they no longer serve the delicious baked beans they used to have. I remember the cole slaw from the 60s; it was fantastic, but now it's just average.

I had to wait in a long line since I went during peak dinner time, but I didn't mind at all. It took about 15 minutes to get through the line and receive my food, and in the end, I was pleasantly surprised with how hot and fresh everything was!
