Schlosswiese - Deidesheim

I can not believe that this place has not more reviews. I have been there this year and have been many times in the past. The food and wines are very good, the service is very friendly. When the weather is nice, you can eat outside in a lovely garden. This is Germany at its best with wonderful local cuisine at very reasonable prices. If you are in Deidesheim, just go. Take my advice!

Sehr schön in der Stadt liegt das Schloss in einem gepflegten alten Garten. Die Räume sind gediegen ein- und ausgerichtet. Das Essen ist als Begleitung zu den Weinen gedacht, ordentlich, frisch gemacht und sehr preiswert. Die Bedienung ist schnell und freundlich.

We had the most spectacular afternoon here, very relaxed and fabulous setting. Food was of a good standard, the Eiskaffee was lovely. A wonderful place to go to sit and watch time go by when the sun is out.
