When I ordered I was in De Pinte and it took 1h45 for it to reach me. But that wasn't a problem at all because they had indicated on the website that it could take longer due to the distance. In any case, the food was super tasty and of high quality. And it was super warm too! If you fancy both comfort food and fine cuisine, this is the perfect combo! The packaging was also very user-friendly and of high quality instead of the flimsy plastic or aluminum containers you get elsewhere. Overall very satisfied, and we will definitely order from here again! We will order a little earlier from now on to ensure delivery time, but it is certainly worth the wait!

Update: we got our money back by phone and we didn't want this ourselves, a voucher was certainly good for us. After mail traffic we get a discount of 3 € (ridiculous). So next time a new pasta for free is out of the question. Disappointed. First time ordered tonight from Hansbeke. Super menu and tasty pasta ordered. The delivery person was a little later but no problem at all due to the direct apologies. Pasta was wrong due to lack of ingredients, but very friendly on the phone and immediately thinking of a solution! Great service.
