Wendy's - DeKalb County

It is unfortunate that this franchise has hired as employees those who defraud customers who pay in cash by not returning all of their change. Multiple employees are involved. Therefore, it is a RICO operation, e.g., when the complaint is made, another employee handles it but still does not return the full cash value. Will not repeat.

Always good food and service is courteous. Best Wendy’s around.

I’m not exaggerating when I say that was the best Jr. Bacon cheese Burger I ever had the lettuce was fresh and crisp the bacon was crispy the cheese was on the patty even the bun was soft and fresh and this was at almost seven The people at the window worked as a team I didn’t wait in line long and the person on the intercom was polite breath of fresh air with how customer service and fast food is today I wanted to tell the cook Thankyou fresh and good can’t wait to come back

Went into Wendy's to get a $5 biggie bag as advertised on TV. Buyer be careful!!!! What I got was not what was advertised. I was told a biggie bag would cost $6.99 plus tax. I went to the web site to request Wendy's change their commercial. However, was so disgusted with my meal I accidentally threw away the receipt with the meal's trash. I couldn't make a complaint. I may go back again and order something so I can get the restaurant's number so I lodge a complaint against the business.

Spent 45 minutes in drive thru after an emergency room visit. Items we asked for were out.After another late night ER visit years later, not much has changed. Still took forever, items we ordered not available (nuggets). This location is an absolute last resort.
