Marco's Pizza - DeKalb

Not happy with my first order at this location. Order on the receipt was correct, but the food was way under par from my usual Rosati's experience. Meatballs were WAY over cooked, my mostaccioli didn't have mozzarella cheese as requested, and the amount was about half the usual when i order this.

First time trying this location, and we 're not impressed. The BBQ wings had basically no sauce on them and the 10in deep dish that we got was very short on ingredients and the smallest, thinnest Chicago style pizza I have ever seen.

Service was very sub par. For starters the cheese pizza slice that I ordered didn?t even have cheese all over it. Secondly I went in at lunch time while they run the lunch special it would?ve been nice to have been offered a drink with my slice or even some Parmesan or pepper or anything but I wasn?t. I could see if they were super busy but I was the only one in the lobby.

Fantastic. Thin crust pizza was on point. Double dough was on point. Pasta was on point. Rosatis can do no wrong. Ordered on a Friday night and order was ready for picking in about 35 minutes.

6/6/2022 I order a Italian beef. When I called about it being burnt they said they won?t allow me to order from them. The cook who made it knew what he was sending out but still made it my fault. Would you eat something burnt like this. Rosati has lost a valuable customer over not having accountability for their actions.
