Tom Jerry's - DeKalb

Italian beef and reuben sandwich. Both excellent. Friends were like that. Last time, had a bad experience at their other location and had a bad rating. This time a good experience so I owed them a good review and they deserved it.

One of my favorite places. Food is always top notch. I had gryo plate and my daughter had Italian beef plate. Both were excellent. Eat quickly and much of it....

As an NIU alum, I've been going here forever. Always stop in when I am passing through DeKalb. Good value for the dollar. Beef sandwiches, burgers, fried food, gyros. I always get the gyro and fries. For a fast food grill you can't go wrong.

I stopped by a local restaurant and it turned out to be the perfect choice. At first, I wasn't sure if they offered dine-in service, but the manager came to my car and warmly invited us inside to eat. I tried the gyro special, which was absolutely delicious! The restaurant has a nostalgic fast-food vibe, and the food was exactly what you would expect from a place like this—possibly even a bit above average for American fare. It’s a nice spot for a quick bite with a friend.

The food was served quickly and at the perfect temperature. The servers were friendly and offered us thoughtful compliments. We had plenty of space on comfortable seating. The atmosphere featured a charming vintage baseball theme, reminiscent of Tom and Jerry's classic style.
