Mcdonald's - Delaware

Order online the night before, and waited about 45 minutes for my order in the drive thru. I really didn't have a problem waiting when I worked grocery service and understand that I worked short. Everything was good until we came home and the burgers we ordered were practically raw. The outside was cooked, but the inside was pretty pink. I called the store this morning and spoke to someone, and we agreed that I could come in and replace the food or get a refund. I replaced the food and they were pretty cool. I'm hardly complaining, but undercoke food is dangerous. The Lord who helped us was very understanding. Morality of this story is when you eat is messed up and you are NICE TO THEM, they replace or refund it. Be nice to food service staff. It's a tough job. Thanks for being so cool about the mess!

Fast and friendly service, I go here frequently. They tend to do an above average job. Although with any fast food they occasionally make mistakes. Use the McDonald's app for the best deals!

Good restaurant fairly quick drive thru service. Prices are good especially with the app.

I'm astonished by the reviews here. Our local McDonald's is like a box of chocolates—you never know what you're going to get. I went there yesterday, and the staff member at the window even wiped my drink cup before handing it to me! I'm usually hesitant to order soft drinks because of the new machines, which I find a bit unsettling. However, my food was served fresh and hot, and I could actually taste the cheese on my burger instead of just grease! The place was clean, and the service was friendly. The overall quality of service was excellent.

Fantastic McDonald's! I stopped here for a quick break, and the service was prompt. The dining area was clean, especially the restrooms.
