Bidra med feedbackI am disappointed with OpenTable. When this restaurant first opened, we visited multiple times and were impressed with both the food and service. So when my wife saw we could make a reservation for last night, we were thrilled. However, the restaurant is now disorganized! I believe my wife tried to reach out to you through your website but hasn't received a response. You can check our account; we haven't used any of our credits, and we typically rely on OpenTable for our bookings. We would appreciate a response from you.
I had a reservation for dinner at the restaurant on Monday, August 10, 2020, at 6:30 p.m., only to discover that it had closed on August 5, 2020, without any prior announcement. I believe this was a result of the expenses related to Covid-19.
They had a special menu listed, but they refused to honor it. I won't be returning.
Calamari overcooked, scallops were too salty and Mahi was overcooked Too expensive dinner : poor quality
I was very excited to try this new restaurant but ended up having a terribly disappointing evening filled with mistakes at every point of service. I have worked in the hospitality industry my entire life and also dine out 4 times a week, so it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. The venue is beautiful, but you can tell the staff and management need several more weeks of training. The server greeted us well, but then said the wine we requested unfortunately was unavailable. Then she returned and said she was mistaken and they did indeed have it. Fine. The appetizers were disappointing as well, however. We had a bland French onion soup, and a poor excuse for a Greek salad. The server then brought an additional appetizer that we made clear we had not ordered. A different staff member then came and said that dish was brought to the wrong table. For the entree, the broiled seafood platter did nothing to improve our experience. It was all dry and overcooked, although a good sized portion. The entree was also missing the side item, which for some reason the server could not comprehend until I physically pointed to the missing item in the menu. All of this after having to wait over 15 minutes for her to check in on us and to end up hearing that the side item was no longer available. Ultimately this evening cost over $100 for a very subpar dining experience, to say the least. The 4 star reviews left by others is nowhere near an accurate reflection of my night at this restaurant.
