If they make a mistake with your order, they do not offer redeliveries and will not refund any portion of the service fee.

It’s a decent business employing many people. They are always on time and if there’s a problem with the order they pick up the phone and make it right. Yes there are fees because it’s a service and sometimes the fees are bc the restaurant , not DD charges the fees. The drivers are kind friendly and respectful. Also they help local businesses get their product out.

I ordered pizza and other dishes from this restaurant and provided clear instructions to deliver to my house in the back due to my illness and difficulty moving. Unfortunately, the delivery was made to my neighbor's front doorstep instead. Luckily, my neighbor found the order while picking up a delivery from Door Dash and kindly helped me get it back to my house. However, the next morning I discovered a bag of garbage dumped in my yard, and outside my gate was a Delivery Dudes bag.

Cant get the dudes on the phone anymore. Third time this week no one has answered. Are they still in business?

They have no accountability for their service. The live-chat feature simply buffers endlessly. The support phone number is an endless wait. I waited an hour for my order. Then they cancelled stating we 've been trying to reach you 11 minutes past the hour to inform me. So far, no other reply, no refund of my $41.60 and I will never-ever use this service again.
