The Urban Cup - Delta Charter Township

Really wanted to like this local place, but the atmosphere was cold and uninviting, and the latte was a disappointment to say the least. Staff was fine but seemed to not know much beyond the basics of coffee.

I went here for the first time today and was blown away. To start, the staff was so friendly (shoutout Lesley and Chloe . Since it was my first time, they gave me suggestions based of my dietary restrictions (vegetarian and my taste of coffee (sweeter . I got the Greek wrap without the chicken and added avocado based on Lesley's recommendation. It tasted great. Chloe suggested the Smores latte and it was exactly what I wanted. I sat in the Cafe for some time on my laptop (they offer wifi : and Chloe and Lesley were so friendly. They also had multiple regulars come in during this time and they remembered their orders; they clearly had built relationships with these customers.

The service is always top notch. This place is a hidden gem for sure.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of options and good quality coffees and teas. Good snacks too!

The owner was working, she was super friendly and cheerful. This is one of the best cafes in Lansing. A local joint you should certainly check out.
