Kfc - Demopolis

Very clean . Greeted by a wonderful staff member. Everything was correct with order.

Ordered online and requested all thighs and drums, got to the restaurant and they told us that wasn't an option. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy but never got the gravy. Biscuits were tiny hard little pucks. Workers were rude when we asked how long it would be after 8 people were helped infront of us. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Had three employees lookstraight at me while I was standing at the counter all 3 turned and acted like no customer was there. So I left .

Update: This place has become the worst. Wanted a sandwich; no filets, wanted fries; no fries. The cashier acted as if we were burdens and had an poor attitude. The young man preparing the orders is the only reason this place got one star. Will never go to this place again.Old review from 5 years ago: The remodel is fantastic. Very friendly staff.
