Walmart Supercenter - Demopolis

The store is poorly stocked but it is not short on rude associates. I worked for a walmart much larger than this one and we were trained to make eye contact and speak to the customers. When shopping at Walmart in Demopolis Very few employees speak and when we have had to seek an associate for help we get treated as if we are bothering them and they clearly do not want to help. This is the only walmart in the area and I have complained but there appears to be little change made. One associate treated my daughter and I so rudely when I asked for a price check while in the clearance aisle, she snatched the item I was holding out of my hand and proceeded to say it's not on sale. I pointed to the peg that had a whole row of them and she snatched the peg off the wall and after walking to the other end of the aisle she came down and proceeded to grab another item my daughter was looking at. I went to the manager that day because I do not even know this woman yet she treated us so poorly. I encouraged the manager to look at the camera as proof what this associate did. I have heard others complain as well. It is time corporate steps in and makes the necessary changes to make this Walmart a better place to shop at. We shop there when we have to but we prefer to drive to Meridian Walmart where the associates are much more professional yet kind.

Gotta love self checkout with card machines that require 8+ attempts with an associate telling you to keep trying and it might work eventually before the associate takes you to a different register to ring you up. If only one could checkout the way people have for decades without the hassle of the 8+ failed attempts to get the card machine to accept payment.

My shopping experience was good, but there were extenuating problems. Upon my entry, there were no buggies. I like buggies. The line at Customer Service was a little long, but service at the Vision Center was prompt and friendly. The checkout wait was very long.

I had opportunity to visit this walmart and everytime I was there only two register was open we studied in line 30 to 45 minutes....

My experience at Walmart is great everything organized and easy to find what you need and they have helpful employees
