Denair Donuts

The service is excellent, and my son looks forward to having a donut there every morning.

I've sampled donuts all over the Western U.S., and these are definitely a must-try! There are places to sit and enjoy breakfast with the kids after dentist appointments, and the decor is charming, featuring keys on paintings and stunning Split-Leaf Philodendrons. They offer a wide variety of donuts, including delicious chocolate cake donut holes that you won’t want to miss. The prices are excellent, and the staff is very friendly.

Make the stop in Denair as you drive through the Valley: these are great donuts! Cake donuts are a little crisp on the outside with a terrific soft, cakey interior. Raised donuts are light and delicious. They have crullers and apple fritters, too. This is a place to grab your donuts more than a place to linger.

This place offers delicious donuts, both cake and raised varieties. The raised donuts are wonderfully fluffy and have a perfect balance of donut to frosting. The cake donuts have a slightly crispy exterior while being exceptionally soft and cake-like on the inside. The selection is impressive, with options like French crullers and apple fritters available during our visit. The shop is located in a small, standalone building with seating available, although, like many donut shops in the Central Valley, the atmosphere isn’t ideal for lingering. However, if you’re driving through the Valley, it’s conveniently located near Santa Fe Avenue and CA-99, making it definitely worth a detour.
