I notice that customer service is often lacking in many places I visit for food these days. I called in a to-go order for a simple thin crust medium veggie pizza. I specifically asked for light veggies and jalapeños, with the crust extra toasted, since it’s a thin crust. Unfortunately, the veggies and jalapeños were not light at all, which made the crust floppy due to the excess toppings. Additionally, they had pizzas on their menu that feature feta cheese, but they didn’t have any available. The pizzas were also quite oily. I believe we should only pay for meals and service that truly reflect their quality. I’m tired of tipping for subpar food and service. Just because you’re the only pizza place in town doesn’t mean you should compromise on the quality of service for your customers who keep your business running. I urge you to reconsider your menu.

I really enjoyed their pizza; they crafted a custom one for me that was just perfect. However, I did notice that the staff were sitting on the floor while waiting for customers, which made me question their cleanliness during food preparation. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

This place has the worst pizza ive ever had.... first time ok whatever maybe its just what i ordered. second time it was a different time of day and different toppings and still garbage. third time different pizza and its still disgusting. no flavor whats so ever Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The pizza here is delicious, and the service is typically excellent. However, when they get busy, the wait times can be quite long. It's a cozy little pizza place in a small town, and I really appreciate the convenience of not having to leave Denair for a good meal.
