Well, I really cannot fault this place, from the friendly bar staff, and waitresses, to the fantastically accommodating kitchen crew, the food was faultless and the atmosphere friendly- to the point I felt like a regular, a personal thank you to all, and I will undoubtedly be returning! Very well done to all!

Excellent service, from friendly, knowledgeable staff. Food was great, and they know how to cook a steak. The braised beef special of the day was outstanding. Nice wine, at a reasonable price. Nice decor, comfortable seating in a very nice atmosphere. When we arrived, the waiting staff set expectations that we would have a 10 minute wait before we could order. They were true to the word and everything ran very smoothly. Good to have this honesty. Thoroughly recommend for relaxed, quality dining

We had Sunday lunch today , the food was excellent unfortunately the service not so good . We arrived 5 minutes early and was asked to wait outside , it wasn’t raining but was very windy so declined and waited at the bar . When we sat at out table we waited 20 minutes before being served , this was strange as other tables seemed to be having much faster service. The food came shortly after ordering , but after finishing we weren’t asked if we wanted a desert . After a further wait we went to the bar and paid . The Instant we left the table it was cleared . Shame as 5 stars would have definitely been given if we hadn’t had such long waits . Disappointing to not get desert as they looked very good

Fantastic food and welcoming atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for all occasions. Compliments to the chef!
