I ordered a total of four sandwiches, but they only made two for me and then proceeded to help four customers who were behind me in line. They never offered to complete my other two sandwiches. It's hard to believe that with three people working on the first floor, they couldn't finish my order.
Monday, April 11th, 6 PM. This was the worst experience I've ever had. It was my first visit to this Subway, and it will definitely be my last. I ordered a BLT with extra bacon through the drive-thru, but all I received was dry bread and a few bits of bacon. My wife ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch with olives and tomatoes, but she also ended up with dry bread and just a few pieces of bacon—no olives or tomatoes at all. My son's sandwich was made correctly, but for $31, we felt completely cheated by this place. We didn't go back because we knew it would only result in more dissatisfaction. It's frustrating when you end up eating something you really didn’t want. The service was terrible. If they had any confusion, they should have asked for clarification. The level of service was unacceptable, and they should reconsider their operation.
The load was good at this visit, the people who worked there were not as friendly as they visited earlier. others then that it was great. we go back, it's really close to our home. but it doesn't change, I'm probably going to one morton road.
This place looks like it’s ran by a bunch of children. We went through the drive thru a couple of days ago and one of the workers came outside to get a bug off of the tru k that was I front of us and take it back into the restaurant. Today we went for dinner, ordered two sandwiches and a pizza. They brought our sandwiches by the window and it looked like two of the workers were arguing. They gave us our sandwiches and chips which was the only time someone spoke to us and we waited a few minutes for the pizza. One of the sandwiches was made wrong as well.
Sandwich that was ordered was great. Salad was not. Ordered a turkey salad. They tried to give me a meatball salad. They remade. Ordered avocados, got green peppers, didn't order onions but received them.. Cheese slices were pressed together, not chopped up. Spinach was not cut up. Thought I was going to get a ready to eat salad (which it is at other Subways, didn't know I would have to prep it myself). This is my second visit to this location. First visit had problems as well. I will only go to the store on Morton now. They always get it right.
