Bojangles' Famous Chicken - Denton

The chicken at this restaurant is excellent. It is consistently cooked perfectly every time I have ordered it.

This place has no form of leadership literally waited 30 minutes standing right in front of the counter for the lady to say oh I thought I gave you your food and then for it to be missing just about half of everything. it seems like every employee is doingthere own thing and everyone is running around like chickens with there heads cut off absolutely do not recommend this bojanglessomeone from corporate needs to step in and at the very least train a manager.

One of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. The customer service went above and beyond, the food was fresh and hot as requested, the management is absolutely amazing from the consumer's POV, any issues I've had has been fixed and dealt with in afriendly manner. I would highly recommend this Bojangles to anyone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere, tasty fresh food, andquality sanitation.

This restaurant is a complete scam. They have increased prices and reduced portion sizes significantly. When I complained, I was basically told tough luck, that's how it is now. I ordered a 4-piece chicken tenders and they were smaller than children's nuggets. Each piece was only two bites and one was mostly scraps. It's disappointing that Bojangles is taking advantage of customers with their prices. Additionally, the staff is unfriendly and lacks basic customer service skills.

I tried their special of two steak biscuits for $4. It was a nice deal. Their steak is country fried on their traditional biscuit.
