Insomnia Cookies - Denton

Wow. We needed something sweet and found this place. Friendly service and warm cookies to go! Can’t beat that. It has super late hours for the college students; I’m sure it’s real busy when college is in session, but we visited just after the semester was over. The windows are darkly tinted so it was hard to tell if they were open at first. Right around the corner from Denton Square. Definitely recommend.

Consistently slow, by far the worst insomnia location I’ve been to. Mutiple times cashiers have claimed to have cookies and have been “out” when they actually brought my order. The delivery times are absolutely terrible mutiple times the have taken over an hour to deliver. Even with that they have gotten our cookies wrong. Staff just laughs and chats in the back while doing nothing. Upper management should come take a look at this location.

Their cookies are SO much better than other cookie companies around and the price is much better!! The mini chocolate chip cookies are perfect for friend get together and everyone loves them!

Ordered deliver to my suite on campus. The first 3rd party driver marked delivered but I didn 't receive so I called and the staff at Insomnia off Fry street made it right! They sent another box. So thankful for their hard work and that they cared.

Went in at about 7:30pm on a Saturday night. Workers refused to serve us and just stood in the back talking to each other. One worker even walked past us twice and didn't even say anything to us. Very rude. Would not recommend.
