Bidra med feedbackThe staff are incredibly friendly, and the tables are spotless. Everything is kept very clean. The manager, Brenda, is wonderful, and there's a young man whose name I didn't catch, but he works quickly and effectively with a great attitude!
I came all the way through the city to eat there. I had to use the bathroom before I ordered. I was embarrassed and said I couldn't use the bathroom. I offered her my card and credit card for my purchase after using the bathroom. She yelled at me and said no. I will never visit here again.
Rude employees, we needed to use the restroom after a long drive but they're locked. We tell them we are going to order food but they make us order before they will unlock the doors for us. We had to get the woman's attention to help us by hollering, she was in her office on her phone, and made us wait while she continued chatting. Abysmal, even by fast food standards.
I frequently visit this restaurant with my husband, but during our latest visit, the manager accused us of using a counterfeit $20 bill. We always pay through mobile transactions. They claimed to have evidence of us paying a fake bill once, but when we requested to see it, they refused. We ended up waiting for the police to arrive, but they never showed up. This treatment is incredibly disrespectful to loyal customers. We will not be returning.
Don’t ever order GrubHub through this location because they just pretend like they didn’t get your order and it will be a waste of your time and money. I could hear the manager in the background being extremely rude to my GrubHub driver and when I called she was extremely rude to me and hung up on me. She did not try and go out of her way to fix the problem she just didn’t want to deal with it.
