Novo Coffee - Denver

First time visiting here! The atmosphere is great and both the baristas there were friendly. I ordered their seasonal latte, Maple Bourbon, it was so good! I also got a zucchini chocolate muffin that I couldn't eat fast enough Overall a great experience!

I came here because of the selection of vegan pastries and highly rated coffee reviews. The Strawberry Popster from the Sugar Bakeshop was perfect in every way. It was flakey, full of flavor and paired great with my iced latte. I got my iced latte made with their house blend coffee, called EspressoNovo, which tasted great. The only criticism I have is that their website was not up to date with a menu for their location. I ended up having to call in to see if they had any pastries available and if they were vegan or not. An updated website would make it easier for travelers like myself get a full idea of what is offered.

For espresso drinks, they also give you choices to pick the beans, usually the regular house espresso bean plus a rotating special.

Novo Coffee is situated near the 16th Street Mall and on the same street as Paramount Theatre, built in 1930. This was my first visit to the downtown Denver coffee shop. Decent tasting mocha and gorgeous latte art. Friendly baristas.
