Taco Bell - Denver

Extremely rude workers made me get out of my car and stand waiting at the walk up window for 20 min in the freezing cold. They refused to give me my order at the drive through. I was completely furious and this level of disrespect is completely unforgivable. All the while two of the four employees are standing around talking and completely ignoring me suffering, except for the occasional side glance. Half way through I asked if they could hurry since I was freezing and they just told me I had to wait and that they would not help.

This location is great. You always get my order right. The drive thru is kind of surprised, but the line moves quickly. The staff is incredibly friendly. They're never stunned with the sauce. The cripples I get here are just the best I had. Everything's always so neat. Definitely one of my favorite places.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I've been there four times, and each experience was worse than the last. The first time, I waited an hour for my food, only to receive the wrong order. The second time, they didn’t open on time, so I left after wasting 20 minutes of my time. On my third visit, I ordered a grilled burrito, and after waiting 10 minutes, it arrived cold. Lastly, their breakfast menu is completely confusing. When I asked why they had a separate menu for breakfast, they told me they didn't, almost making me feel stupid for asking. I pointed out that there was no breakfast listed on the screen, but their response was just that I'd receive what they had. If they had any sense of customer service, they'd do better. Honestly, I recommend going to Thubbys or another place where they value their customers and don't waste time or money.

The customer service was excellent! However, the girl at the window argued with us instead of addressing our issue. She was quite rude and dismissive. I'm not sure if this is a new location or if the staff just need more training. Either way, improvements are definitely needed.

This was the best Taco Bell experience I've ever had! The tacos supreme, crunch wrap supreme, and quesadilla were all fantastic. The customer service was exceptional—definitely the best I've encountered. They must have new management or something! I also didn't have to wait long at all. I’d give it a perfect 10/10!
