Bidra med feedbackThis is the best ramen spot in Denver. Be prepared for a wait on busy nights and it's a shame they don't offer lunch or open on Sundays, but it's worth it. Their ramen has the perfect amount of spice.
I am surprised that this restaurant only received 3 stars, as the ramen was just average. I am not a ramen expert, but I have eaten around 20-30 bowls over the years.
Chashu Ramen: 4 out of 5. The broth was tasty but the wait was not worth it. The chashu was tender, but I wish they offered a creamy broth option. Fried quail: 4 out of 5. Difficult to eat...
No raven, but they had a Vietnamese dish that was delicious af.
If I want to rake, I'm going to go too open. it has the perfect mix of hip vibes and delicious food, and the staff is also impressively well known. I'm always a little skeptical like a vegan in a knight's spot ( Recently there was a controversial in nyc over places that call their veg wheels vegan, just to show later that the noodles contain egg). the personal here, however, has gone out of the way to inform me about which things are and are not vegan. for example, the quantity-eating edamame appetizer unfortunately contains honey. about the rarms: yes, the Veg option contains in the rule a ei, but if they ask for it without a ei, they always ask, they want instead they can get the tofu either soft (damped) or crispy (fried). I always ask for the crispy tofu and it is absolutely delicious. the veggie ramen comes with these really tasteful mushrooms that steal the show and the best part: there is a special hot sauce on each table so that they can shave their as sharp as they want!
